In InLoad, a significant part of the development resources are allocated to customer requests as well as ideas, input, and priorities submitted during InLoad Customer Panel – the annual customer advisory meeting.
When you are a customer in InLoad you are expected to help the platform constantly improving.
All customers are therefore invited to an annual InLoad Customer Panel, where they have direct influence on the future functional and developmental direction of the platform.

All customer data is encrypted, fully segregated, and stored in separate databases. There is no risk of data contamination between customers. Security upon up and download is ensured by encryption. InLoad operates based on a safety by design model where the platform itself, the development principles, and the staff operating the platform are instructed to adhere to strict safety rules and standards. Penetration tests and staff audits are performed on a regular basis.

The InLoad platform runs in server centres in Europe only. Currently server centers in UK (London), Germany (Frankfurt), and Sweden (Stockholm) are used.

InLoad runs an advanced backup scheme based on 5 minutes snapshots and the ability to do roll backs – if needed – to almost any earlier state with a specific time frame.

It happens from time to time that a sender or receiver system goes offline. The reasons for that could be many.
However, InLoad is queue-based, and any data or file will simply wait in line for your receiver system to become available again and be ready to be delivered. So there is no risk of missing any type of data or file update, no matter how many updates were done to the data in the meantime.

If your particular usage of InLoad requires you to work in the application, you only need a standard web browser. No InLoad applications will be installed on your computers.

InLoad supports all delivery modi from (near) real time to batch. Based on how often you would like to get product updates, InLoad will set up the delivery startegy to match your specific needs.
