10.00 – 10.30: Registration and breakfast
We meet at Nature Energy Park (also known as Odense Stadium) in the LO’R by JDE lounge.

10.30 – 11.00: Status for InLoad in 2025
Review of all the many things that have happened in InLoad in 2025.
11.00 – 12.00: Presentation and discussion – Status of the use of AI among InLoad’s customers
What is used? What works? What has been tried without success? Where should one focus?
We are planning to have an open discussion and knowledge sharing among the participating companies, and we will also look into the crystal ball a little at the new things that are expected to happen when and if AI starts ordering goods on behalf of customers.
12.00 – 12.45: Lunch and time for networking and emails
It is possible to indicate in the registration form if you have special needs or wishes.
12.45 – 13.30: Statutory compliance product data – what is the status?
Summary of the status of the various types of statutory compliance product data since the last customer panel (taxonomy, packaging data, GPSR, RoHS, Reach, etc.).
Proposal for a general data model.
Open discussion and knowledge sharing.
13.30 – 14.15: InLoad’s platform and functionality
Status of development and functionality since the last customer panel. Plans for 2026.
14.15 – 14.30: Coffee break
14.30 – 15.00: Input, suggestions and wishes to the InLoad platform
We will conduct a brainstorming session and collect suggestions for improving existing functionality and suggestions for new functionality.
15.00 – 15.45: Prioritizing the development pipeline for 2026
We ask you all to help prioritize the things we have in the pipeline and possibly added by requests today.
15.45 – 16.00: Summary and thanks for today!
